Instructor Primary Alignment Transfer process

There are 3 steps to transfer your primary alignment from your current TC/TS to HeartSouthCPR.com so we can process your instructor renewal:

1. Download the form below and complete SECTION 1. 

2. Email the completed form to Brad@HeartSouthCPR.com (One form for each discipline)

3. Purchase the "Instructor Renewal Fee" on the "SHOP" page above whether you are expiring soon or not. We are required to issue a new instructor eCard for all instructor transfers. This will set your new expiration date for two years from the new eCard.
